PRESET FAQS (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
Please read all the information below carefully, especially if it’s your first time purchasing or dealing with presets.

BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE
WHAT ARE PRESETS?
Presets are simply professional ‘filters’ available to use on Adobe Lightroom Mobile. Lightroom is a professional colouring program for photographers all around the world who use this software to create a certain look for their photos. It’s called colour processing because Lightroom gives you unlimited possibilities of changing any colour in the image to your liking as well as editing the lighting of the images. These presets are the exact ones I use on all my photos you see on my website and Instagram. Even though these presets are made to simply apply it to your photos with one click, you will still need to adjust the exposure, contrast and saturation to your liking. This is completely normal. The better you get with photography, you will start to develop you own unique style and look in your photos. If you are still not 100% sure how to edit the settings, make sure you subscribe to my YouTube channel as I will be posting an exact tutorial on how to do this.
Do I need to pay to use the lightroom mobile app?
No! It’s a FREE app and does not require a monthly subscription.
Who are these presets for?
My presets are for anyone who wants to take their photography to the next level and make your images stand out and be professional. These presets are also for individuals who want to save time and not be spending hours upon hours of editing each single photo. They are also for individuals who take a lot of photos on their smartphone and want to be able to easily edit photos on the go. You don’t need to be a professional photographer to use them!
ARE THESE THE SAME EXACT PRESETS YOU USE?
Yes, these are the exact presets I created, used and still use on all my images taken using my iPhone 11 Pro Max & 13 Pro Max on my Instagram feed and website.
How are your presets different than others available on the market?
I created these myself on my own through years of trial and error. These presets are priced at a very affordable level for everyone and they are based on my style of colour processing.
Are the presets compatible with photoshop?
No, they are for Lightroom only.
What will influence the final outcome of the preset?
Location (the sky has a different colour in Cuba vs Florida, the forest in Canada will look different than in Bali even though they are both green)
Subject (Are you shooting a flat lay, a person, landscape, still life, etc?)
Lighting (indoor vs outdoor lighting, time of the day, time of the year, angle of the sun, clouds or no clouds)
Camera (Photos taken on a Samsung will look slightly different than photos taken on iPhone or a Google phone. Also the version of each phone will affect how the photo turns out. On top of that, Canon, Sony and Nikon all give their photos slightly different colours.)
Camera Settings (how you shoot the photo. Is it Portrait mode, HDR, exposure, etc?)
Skin Tones (everyone has a different skin tone - you might find that my skin tone might not work with yours so you will need to adjust that.)
Whether you shoot in RAW or JPEG (RAW - retains more detail of an image but a much larger file. JPEG - smaller file, less details retained but more compatible file type. These can be changed in your camera settings.)
There are so many factors that change the look of the photo. You can go back to the same location, use the same camera and then apply the same presets, most likely the lighting and time of day will be different and you will need to adjust the photo. This is very normal. So even though these are the presets I use, I do tweak some times an image depending on what it needs based on all these factors.
Are they the only presets I will ever need?
You might or might not. Using these presets will help you to start developing your own style.
DO I GET A GUARANTEE that THEse PRESETS WILL WORK FOR ME?
No you don’t. However, YOU DO GET A GUARANTEE that these are the exact same presets I use and have been using on all my images that I’ve taken using my iPhone 11 Pro Max & 13 Pro Max on my Instagram and website. There is no preset that perfectly works on all photos without needing to make small adjustments. I don’t know if my style of editing & colouring is something you like & want your photos to have. What I’m giving you is my exact presets I use to edit all my photos. You can take a look on my Instagram & take it as a proof of how they work. Once you purchase them, you will need to make small tweaks to them to match your image.
WILL MY PHOTOS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE YOURS?
Maybe and maybe not! There are so many factors that influence the final outcome of an image like location, lighting or the type of camera used to take the photo.
HOW DO I ADJUST each setting after I apply the preset?

HELP! I Can’t Open MOBILE PRESETS ON MY PHONE.
Not to worry! If it doesn’t work on your phone then download the files on your computer first. Once you download the attachments, unzip it and airdrop it or send via bluetooth to your phone.

What happens if I don’t like the presets, DO you offer refunds?
All sales are final and non-refundable because they are digital downloads. With that said, I really think you will love them!
Are these presets only for Mobile or desktop?
I created them specifically to work best on Lightroom mobile because it’s a free app. If you have a Lightroom desktop version that you’re already paying for then you can definitely use them on desktop too.
HOW TO INSTALL The PRESETS on desktop
This will only work if you have a Lightroom subscription, otherwise you have to use the free app. I created the presets for mobile because anyone can use them and you don’t need to pay anything extra.
HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM PRESETS FOR WINDOWS
Open Lightroom
Go to: Edit ➡️ Preferences ➡️ Presets
Click on the box titled: “Show Lightroom Presets Folder”
Double click on “Lightroom”
Double click on “Develop Presets”
Copy the folder(s) of your presets into the “Develop Presets” folder
Restart Lightroom
HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM PRESETS FOR MAC
Open Lightroom
Go to: Lightroom (Dialogue) ➡️ Preferences ➡️ Presets
Click on the box titled: “Show Lightroom Presets Folder”
Double click on “Lightroom”
Double click on “Develop Presets”
Copy the folder(s) of your presets into “Develop Presets” folder
Restart Lightroom
**OR SIMPLY DRAG AND DROP THEM INTO THE LIGHTROOM APP ICON TO INSTALL!
MOBILE
You will get these instructions sent to your email with your preset package.
